Who this is for

Not the diagnosed. The decades before.

A diagnosis is not a beginning. It is a scoreboard for a game that has been running for ten years or more.

Nobody failed. The system was designed to treat conditions once they exist, and it does that well. Treatment is always good, and earlier is always better. But in the years before anything has a name, no doctor is directing you. You are alone with a hundred experts who disagree. That gap is where we work.

The method

SLO & Steady

Everyone else hands you a list of forty things. We tell you the order and the pace.

  1. Step 1

    Pick one or two

Start with the protocols the most experts agree on. One or two, never ten.

  2. Step 2

    Run them until they’re automatic

No calendar and no 21-day myth. You are done when you stop having to decide.

  3. Step 3

    Then add the next

Each habit that sticks makes room for the next one. That is how it lasts for decades.

Urgency about starting. Patience about accumulating.

A skeptic and a caretaker, one table apart.

Elise Koskinen smiling in her garden

Elise Koskinen

The evidence auditor · from Joensuu, Finland

Elise spent six years checking clinical trials before she moved to SLO. She reads the primary paper so you don't have to, and she's the loving no when a claim doesn't hold up.

Declan Boyd smiling on the beach in a wide-brim sun hat

Declan “Dec” Boyd

The outdoor guide · from Newcastle, Australia

Dec runs an outfitter business and volunteers with ocean rescue. He brings in what works for real people on a real Tuesday, and he's the proof that one habit, done every day, becomes permanent.

They disagree about the vehicle, never the destination. She swears by pickled herring, he swears by Vegemite, and they both land on the same rule: eat something fermented every day. Same rule, different kitchen.

How every claim is shown

We show the receipt.

We have no medical licence and we never pretend to. Our authority comes from method. Every recommendation names who recommends it, links the primary source, and says plainly where the experts split.

The line is always “these experts recommend this,” never “you should take this.”
